Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@someplacefurry.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
